Responsibilities
- Architect and develop technological roadmaps for 2026-2030 across quantum, bio, and digital domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable energy
- Partner with global governments and enterprises to implement future-ready policy frameworks
- Design and oversee pilot programs for human-AI symbiosis systems and neural interfaces
- Drive innovation in climate-positive technologies with measurable impact metrics
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging tech ethics and responsible innovation
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and international bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Bioengineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record developing technologies deployed at global scale by 2025
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals on future technologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Certification in Futurology or Strategic Foresight from recognized institutions
