Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen tech prototypes for 2026 market readiness
- Architect scalable systems integrating quantum computing, AI, and blockchain capabilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with strategic business objectives
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technical blueprints and innovation portfolios to executive stakeholders and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in high-impact tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Track record of launching products with exponential market impact
