Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect sandbox environments for rapid prototyping of futuristic solutions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on tech disruption scenarios
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrix organizations
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized within 5-year cycles
- Proficiency in innovation management tools (e.g., Pivotal Tracker, Miro)
