Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for quantum-AI hybrid computing systems targeting 2026 commercialization
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy future-ready tech solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and futurists
- Secure $20M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Present at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/AI or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- 5+ years leading complex tech projects with $10M+ budgets
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
- Track record of scaling startups from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for national projects
