Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (Nature/Science level)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 200+ engineers
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized architectures
- Deep understanding of semiconductor technology roadmaps
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
