Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with business objectives and market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields, including synthetic biology and quantum-secure cryptography
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact analysis
- Coordinate with global labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present future-vision briefings to investors, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor internal teams on future-tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published research or patents in future technology fields
- Experience with scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
