- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-generation digital experiences
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments for future technology sectors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors

- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven product launches
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Track record of patenting breakthrough technologies or founding successful tech ventures
- Exceptional strategic planning and market analysis capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
