- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget for speculative technology prototyping
- Author whitepapers published in Nature Technology and IEEE Spectrum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive AI, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy with unicorn-scale product launches
- Published research in top-10 impact-factor journals (2020-2023)
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for AI governance
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware
- Track record of securing DARPA or NSF grants for frontier tech
