Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with post-2025 societal and business trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics and governance
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Passion for ethical tech development and sustainable innovation
