Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps
- Expertise in technology policy and regulatory frameworks
- Strong public speaking experience at tech conferences
- Proficiency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
