Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision aligned with 2026 market predictions and societal trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for product development and enterprise transformation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present futuristic concepts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, biotech, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published author or frequent speaker at tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
