Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, including quantum computing integration and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-biotech interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Manage innovation lab operations with $2M+ annual R&D budget
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or convergent technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ professionals
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep understanding of technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
