Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption strategy aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, Web4.0)
- Design and implement governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling technology innovations to enterprise-level impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, or biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certified in Strategic Technology Management (STM) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal/state technology grants for R&D initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international stakeholder engagement
