Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence, records, and confidential documentation
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for leadership team
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and budget tracking
- Support grant administration and compliance reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding and training for new staff
- Maintain digital filing systems and document databases
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years administrative experience in government/nonprofit sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state procurement systems
- Knowledge of Washington State HR policies and procedures
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if required for travel)
