Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming mail, emails, and faxes with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Schedule and coordinate departmental meetings, including booking venues and sending calendar invites.
- Assist in the processing of government forms and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries professionally.
- Perform data entry tasks to update departmental databases and track project progress.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to state and federal regulations.
- Must possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
