Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, documents, and confidential information with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate public inquiries, correspondence, and stakeholder communications
- Support budget preparation, procurement processes, and fiscal reporting
- Organize community outreach events and interdepartmental meetings
- Implement state policies and procedures ensuring regulatory adherence

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of government or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state reporting systems
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Illinois state regulations and procurement processes
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Valid Illinois driver's license required
- Experience with grant management preferred
