Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records and document retention systems
- Coordinate administrative workflows and process improvements
- Provide exceptional constituent service via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare official reports, correspondence, and public-facing materials

- Train staff on administrative protocols and software systems

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Arizona driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- U.S. citizenship and Arizona residency required
