Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage digital records using VA systems (VBA, VBMS)
- Communicate with veterans and stakeholders via phone/email
- Support data entry and reporting for performance metrics
- Assist with special projects under supervisor guidance
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with customer service principles
- Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance
