Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, databases, and documentation systems
- Coordinate executive communications, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Analyze administrative workflows to optimize efficiency and compliance
- Prepare financial reports, budget tracking, and procurement documentation
- Serve as primary liaison for interdepartmental projects and initiatives

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
