Responsibilities
- Manage public records and document processing with strict compliance protocols
- Provide constituent support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate departmental operations including scheduling and meeting logistics
- Analyze and report on administrative metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy implementation
- Maintain digital filing systems with 99.9% data accuracy
- Support grant application processes and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years government or public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Valid Illinois driver's license (if position requires field work)
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
