Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars and coordinate executive meetings
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and public-facing documents
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with public records laws

- Support public inquiries and ensure excellent constituent service

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and records management systems
- Strong understanding of public sector protocols and compliance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Valid Oregon driver's license (if travel required)
