Responsibilities
- Manage departmental documentation, records retention, and filing systems
- Coordinate logistics for public meetings, hearings, and community events
- Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements
- Provide frontline support to citizens and stakeholders via phone/email
- Assist with grant application preparation and compliance reporting

Qualifications
