Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential municipal records with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling
- Manage constituent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare reports and presentations for city council meetings
- Ensure compliance with federal/state/local regulations
- Support grant application processes and documentation
- Train temporary staff on administrative protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years administrative experience in government/nonprofit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data systems
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Milwaukee municipal operations preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to pass background check
