Responsibilities
- Manage citizen inquiries and case documentation for administrative hearings
- Coordinate scheduling for hearing officers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records using CMS systems
- Prepare official correspondence and hearing notices
- Support departmental compliance with FOIA and record retention policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procedural improvements

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/nonprofit
