We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex algorithms and legal frameworks. You will lead our global compliance strategy, ensuring our generative models remain safe, unbiased, and transparent.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive AI Ethics framework compliant with global standards.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits and risk assessments on proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate privacy-by-design principles into core product architecture.
- Develop educational programs for stakeholders on AI governance and responsible deployment.
- Monitor global regulatory changes (EU AI Act, US Executive Orders) and adapt internal policies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Master’s degree in Law, Philosophy, or Computer Science with a focus on AI.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal compliance, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), or tech policy.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including NLP, neural networks, and generative AI.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical risks to non-technical executive leadership.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in high-stakes environments.
