Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product initiatives
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Develop policies for responsible data collection and usage in AI systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Represent Nexus at industry forums on AI ethics and regulatory trends
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI principles and compliance requirements
- Monitor emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and adapt strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and standards
- Experience with cross-functional ethical decision-making frameworks
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
