Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists to align AI development with societal values

- Author compliance documentation for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Establish transparency standards for algorithmic decision-making systems affecting critical services
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical reviews into the development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech policy, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics) applied to technology
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in fast-paced tech environments
- Publishing record in AI ethics or related journals (strongly preferred)
