Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-wide deployment
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias mitigation and regulatory compliance
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor system behavior in production environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Represent FuturaTech at industry forums on AI ethics policy and emerging standards
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI practices and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record of developing practical AI ethics frameworks for production systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
