Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for production AI systems
- Develop governance policies ensuring compliance with evolving AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with policymakers, industry groups, and community representatives
- Monitor AI deployments for ethical compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Stay ahead of emerging AI ethics research and translate findings into actionable strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory frameworks and ethical AI principles
- Proven experience developing bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Familiarity with AI model development lifecycle and deployment challenges
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ECAI) or governance frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments
