Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical/non-technical teams
- Published research or certifications in AI ethics preferred
- Knowledge of quantum computing or neurotech applications
