Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align on responsible AI principles
- Produce thought leadership on AI ethics trends and future governance challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
