Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI models using quantum-verified methodologies
- Lead cross-functional working groups with neuro-engineering and policy teams
- Author position papers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and industry coalitions
- Design real-time ethical monitoring systems for deployed AI agents
- Train engineering teams in responsible AI development practices
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience designing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems or critical infrastructure
- Deep understanding of emerging AI risks (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals or industry white papers
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (NIST, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
