Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible tech governance
- Published work on AI bias mitigation or algorithmic transparency
- Experience with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act
- Expertise in participatory design methodologies for ethical tech
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy discussions
- Strong background in statistical analysis of algorithmic fairness
