- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Coordinate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in product lifecycles

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics conferences (e.g., FAccT, NeurIPS Ethics Track)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience with policy development at national/international level
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical audiences
- Strong background in applied philosophy or technology ethics
