Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies
- Conduct risk assessments and ethical impact analyses for AI systems and algorithms
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed ethical considerations into product development lifecycles
- Advise leadership on emerging ethical challenges and regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Design and deliver AI ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and proactively adapt organizational strategies
- Collaborate with external partners on industry-wide ethical AI standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or AI-related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, technology governance, or compliance roles
- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing ethical frameworks for AI systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex ethical dilemmas
- Excellent communication skills for influencing diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with international AI regulations and ethical standards
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and public policy advocacy
