Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable machine learning infrastructure and neural network architectures capable of handling 2026-level data complexity.
- Strategic Vision Implementation: Translate abstract future-tech concepts into concrete product roadmaps and technical strategies that align with company goals.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with R&D departments to explore emerging technologies, including generative AI, quantum computing interfaces, and autonomous agents.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations.
- Technical Decision Making: Make critical architectural decisions regarding cloud infrastructure, data storage, and algorithm optimization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
