Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting technological impacts through 2030
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partners
- Author white papers on quantum-AI convergence for policy makers
- Architect neural interfaces for next-generation human cognition enhancement
- Manage $2M annual R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI architectures
- Experience with policy advisory for technology governance
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ deployed AI systems solving complex problems
