- Develop predictive models for technological singularity scenarios
- Collaborate with UN committees on AI policy frameworks
- Mentor next-gen researchers in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent breakthrough experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum ML or AGI
- Expertise in decentralized AI architectures (Federated Learning, Blockchain)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic computing
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user deployments
