Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to anticipate societal and economic impacts of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready AI solutions into commercial offerings
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and governance for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Manage $3M+ innovation portfolio for 2026-focused R&D initiatives
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our '2026 Vision' incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 7+ years applied AI research experience
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in predictive modeling for long-term tech adoption (2025-2030 horizons)
- Published work on AI ethics or technological singularity implications
- Experience with cross-industry scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing simulation tools
- Ability to communicate complex futures to C-suite and technical teams
