Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization for edge deployment environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into production workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research to ensure our systems remain future-proof.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
