Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems optimized for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Algorithm Development: Develop novel machine learning algorithms that leverage quantum computing principles to solve complex optimization problems.
- System Integration: Integrate neural networks with quantum processing units to enhance predictive modeling capabilities.

- Research & Prototyping: Stay at the forefront of quantum computing advancements and prototype experimental solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and data scientists in adopting new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
