Responsibilities
- Design and deploy self-improving neural networks with adaptive learning capabilities
- Develop quantum-AI hybrid architectures for exponential computational scaling
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in ethical AI governance and alignment research
- Prototype generative AI systems that create novel materials and drug compounds
- Publish findings in Nature/Science and present at top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates and foster open-source AI innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Published record in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory into production-grade systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and alignment research
- Experience with distributed training on 10k+ GPU clusters
