Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI models for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 breakthroughs in quantum-AI convergence

- Publish top-tier research in Nature/Science and present at NeurIPS/ICML
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent at least 3 novel algorithms annually
- Architect scalable ML pipelines processing petabyte-scale datasets
- Partner with government agencies on national AI security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in AI/ML venues
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience leading $1M+ R&D projects with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Track record of translating research into production systems at scale
