Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI adoption leading into 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure and data pipelines.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development efforts in Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Vector Databases).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project delivery.
