Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 AI roadmaps aligned with emerging regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks
- Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives across healthcare, climate tech, and infrastructure sectors
- Establish governance protocols for bias mitigation, algorithmic transparency, and privacy-by-design principles
- Collaborate with policy advisors to shape future AI legislation and industry standards
- Drive R&D investments in generative AI applications for sustainable development goals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in responsible AI deployment and future-proof system architecture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in director-level governance roles
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives impacting 10M+ users or equivalent economic value
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act compliance)
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or equivalent industry recognition
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with emphasis on AI policy
- Fluency in quantum computing fundamentals and post-quantum cryptography
- Experience securing $50M+ AI transformation budgets
