Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging AI domains: generative AI, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems
- Published research or patents in AI/ML or related fields
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
