Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI and Future Technology Strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the research and development of proprietary AI algorithms and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish ethical frameworks and compliance standards for AI usage and data privacy.
- Prioritize and manage a roadmap of emerging tech initiatives (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces).
- Lead technical mentorship and foster a culture of innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, BERT) and Generative AI.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives and technical teams alike.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and stay ahead of industry trends.
