Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant autonomous control systems using reinforcement learning and edge-computing architectures
- Develop predictive maintenance frameworks for robotic fleets in dynamic environments
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing federated learning networks across distributed systems
- Create ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Prototype quantum-resistant encryption protocols for secure autonomous communication
- Architect human-AI interaction interfaces for next-gen command centers
Qualifications
- PhD in Robotics/AI or 8+ years equivalent experience with autonomous systems
- Expertise in ROS 2, TensorFlow Quantum, and federated learning frameworks
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on distributed AI systems
- Proficiency with neuromorphic computing architectures and spiking neural networks
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and ASIL-D safety standards
- Demonstrated success in scaling ML models to 10M+ edge devices
- Security clearance (preferred) or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
