Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle next-generation data loads.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Ensure security, compliance, and robustness across all future-facing infrastructure.
- Present technical strategy to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
