Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for 2026 and beyond, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation cloud-native platforms capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI models, ensuring ethical guidelines and performance benchmarks are met.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product and business leaders to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee system reliability, security, and disaster recovery protocols for critical global systems.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
